Shipping & Return Policy
Our number one goal is that you love your Mama Bijoux jewelry. All sale items are final sale, but we will gladly accept returns on other items within 14 days of purchase, for store credit only. Please email us at info@shopmamabijoux.com to start the return process.
Orders of $200 or more receive free standard shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited next-day shipping for $30. Please note that any order of $1000 or more will require a signature upon delivery as an extra precaution. Please plan accordingly!

Production times typically range from 1 to 10 weeks, depending on the design and complexity of your order.
