For pieces in stock, orders will usually be ready for local pickup within hours on set business days (Tuesday-Saturday) and you will receive an email notification when it is ready. Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the item ships. For made-to-order items, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

Our number one goal is that you love your Mama Bijoux jewelry. All sale items are final sale, but we will gladly accept exchanges on other items within 14 days of purchase, for store credit only. Please email us at info@shopmamabijoux.com to start the exchange process.

We ship orders via UPS. Orders of $200 or more receive free standard shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited next-day shipping for $37.

Please note that any order of $1000 or more will require a signature upon delivery as an extra precaution. Please plan accordingly!

Yes, we ship internationally!

Mama Bijoux offers free repairs within 14 days of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, loose or lost stones, accidental damage or lost jewelry. We are a small business and believe in excellent customer service and will evaluate, resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate.

We are open every Tuesday through Friday 9:30am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-3pm! Appointments are not necessary unless coming in for custom. You can set up an appointment here.

All Mama Bijoux pieces are made with solid 14k or 18k gold and natural diamonds/gemstones.

Your fine jewelry should be removed and cleaned regularly - please see How to Care for Your Jewelry for more information. Mama Bijoux Premium Cleaning Kits are available for purchase here. We also offer free Ultrasonic cleanings in our Costa Mesa Atelier - feel free to walk in any time during business hours!

We offer piercings only during scheduled piercing events, which are typically every few months. We recommend following us on Instagram @mamabijoux or subscribing to our newsletter to receive our emails and stay up to date on our next event! We also offer private piercing parties. Yes! We offer permanent bracelets and anklets in our Costa Mesa Atelier. We use solid 14k gold chains. We ask that you please make an appointment for all permanent jewelry purchases. If your permanent jewelry comes off or is removed for any reason, please bring the chain in for reattachment. Please note there is a reattachment fee.

We love custom orders and are happy to work with any project or budget! We specialize in jewelry redesign and can remove/replace existing stones or completely transform your jewelry into something new and current that you will wear every day. Yes! We offer engraving on our pieces for a $65 fee. Whether it’s initials, a date, or a meaningful word, it’s a beautiful way to add a personal touch.
