What is your return policy?
Our number one goal is that you love your Mama Bijoux heirloom jewelry. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of when the item was shipped to you. Please be sure to mail your purchase back in the same way it was sent. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return shipping label and any shipping charges associated with your order are not refundable. Please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. For your protection, your return should always be shipped insured and with a copy of your receipt. Mama Bijoux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is your repair policy?
Mama Bijoux offers free repairs within the first 14 days of purchase. However, our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, loose or lost stones, accidental damage or lost jewelry. We are a small business and believe in excellent customer service and will evaluate, resize, repair, refurbish, and replace lost stones for the lifetime of your jewelry at a discounted rate.
Can you do custom orders?
Absolutely! We love custom orders and are happy to work with any project or budget. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We specialize in jewelry redesign and can remove/replace existing stones or completely transform your jewelry into something new and current that you will wear every day.
What is your return policy for custom orders?
All custom orders are final sale. A 50% deposit is required to confirm production. Any monies used in the design process will be forfeited should a customer wish to cancel a custom order already in process. Due to the custom nature of every piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, we are a small business whose goal is for you to be 100% happy with your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a custom piece, we will make every effort to remake or fix at a discounted rate.
Can you guarantee pricing for a custom order?
Custom order quotes are estimates only and the final cost of a custom piece will be determined by the gold and diamond price at the time of casting/setting stones. Gold and diamond prices fluctuate daily. Customers should expect a plus or minus variance of 10-20% on their custom orders. Estimates are valid for 7 days, after which the price will be reevaluated.
How will my purchase be packaged?
Each Mama Bijoux piece will arrive in a custom Mama Bijoux jewelry box wrapped and tied with ribbon. If purchasing a set, both bracelets will arrive in the same box also wrapped and tied with ribbon. Additional gift wrapping is not required. We consider the Mom & Babe set the perfect gift and package accordingly. We will also include a keepsake pouch for travel and storage.
When will my purchase ship?
We keep a fair amount of inventory in stock and do our best to update stock levels regularly. If available, we will ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks from purchase for any items to ship that are not in stock or a custom order. We will notify you of lead time soon after purchasing. If you need to rush an item, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your timing based on availability and shipping method.
How can I determine if the bracelet is the right size for my child?
Our child size bracelet can be sized to fit any child and is adjustable so that it can grow with your little one. To determine sizing, please take a string and wrap it around your child’s wrist underneath the wrist bone. Cut the string and measure to determine your child’s wrist size. If larger than 4.5 inches, please reach out to us via firstname.lastname@example.org after placing an order. We will make and ship a custom order that is the correct size. There is no fee for a custom size up to 7 inches.
Is it possible to add additional hearts to a Mama bracelet?
Absolutely! We welcome any and all customizations. If you would like to add an additional heart to symbolize the birth of another child, or you would like to engrave the back of your Mama Bijoux heart, or even add a birthstone to your bracelet, we are happy to make your custom dreams come true. Please email us at email@example.com to begin designing your custom Mama Bijoux piece. Please note all custom orders are final sale.
I have more than one child and would like to purchase additional bracelets along with the set. Do you offer a discount?
If you would like to purchase additional bracelets along with your set to accommodate multiple children, we can offer a group discount. Please email us and we will create a separate listing for purchase.
What if my child outgrows their bracelet?
We offer additional links and chain free of charge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request sizing. If local to Orange County, CA, we are happy to coordinate pick up. Be sure to choose tracking and the appropriate amount of insurance when mailing your items back to us. Mama Bijoux is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
Should I keep the bracelet on my child while she/he is sleeping?
Any small item is considered a choking hazard. Depending on your child’s age, we recommend removing your child’s bracelet during sleep. That said, our experience is that the bracelet is durable enough for play, bath time and sleep. It was designed and created to be kid lifestyle friendly. Please use your best judgement and do what is most comfortable for you when it comes to removal. We also recommend removal in any situation that would cause your jewelry to be pulled or banged against forcefully.
Can I wear my Mama bracelet in the shower and while working out?
18k and 14k gold can be worn in the shower, pool, making dinner, changing diapers, working out and while doing anything and everything that mamas do! It will not tarnish or become dull. However, gold is a soft material and can stretch over time when pulled. Therefore, we recommend removing your bracelet when there is a risk of it being pulled forcefully or knocked against a hard surface.
What if I notice a diamond missing from my heart bracelet?
Please reach out to us immediately upon noticing a missing stone. Send a picture to email@example.com and we will gladly replace a missing stone at a discounted rate. Return shipping and insurance charges may apply. Mama Bijoux is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Do you ship internationally?
