Retail Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store & Business Development Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, events, and collaborations.
Manage and motivate store staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their performance.
Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury jewelry market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and brand-consistent aesthetic.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Represent the Mama Bijoux brand with utmost professionalism and elegance.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare customer booking links and weekly promotional marketing materials to drive event sales.
Post daily instagram stories that showcase jewelry styling and drive customers in store or to purchase online.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on business performance.
Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Exceptional sales acumen and a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
Experience working with high-net-worth clientele and providing personalized service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
A deep understanding of luxury brands and a passion for the jewelry industry.
Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Shopify & Shopify POS, Canva, Honeybook.
Prior experience in luxury jewelry sales is a plus.
